    Pre-bill $5,000 + GST and enjoy a discounted hourly rate of $90 + GST.
    Or go bigger: pre-bill $10,000 + GST (or more) and unlock our best rate of just $85 + GST (standard is $95).

    We’ll safely stash your design hours for up to 6 months - ready when you are.

    1. Promotion Period
      This promotion is valid until 31st December 2025 - Prebill must be used in full by 30th June 2026

    2. Eligibility
      The offer is open to all new and existing customers of Batch Services who pre-bill a minimum of $5,000 + GST for design services during the promotion period.

    3. Offer Details
      Customers will receive a reduced hourly design rate based on the amount pre-billed:

      • Pre-bill $5,000 + GST or more: $90 + GST per hour (Standard hourly rate is $95 + GST.)

      • Pre-bill $10,000 + GST or more: $85 + GST per hour (Standard hourly rate is $95 + GST.)

    4. Use of Prebilled Hours

      • Prebilled funds can be used for design services as and when needed.

      • All prepaid design hours must be used within 6 months of the pre-bill date.

      • Any unused balance after the 6-month period will expire and is non-refundable.

    5. General Terms

      • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

      • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

      • Batch Services reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

      • $5,000 + GST/month = $90 + GST/hour

      Customers who commit to a monthly retainer will receive discounted hourly rates based on their monthly design spend:

    4. How it works

      • Retainer hours are billed monthly and must be used within the same calendar month.

      • Unused hours will roll over to the following month(s) and remain available for up to 3 months from the original billing date.

      • Any hours not used within 3 months will expire.

      • Additional hours beyond the monthly allocation will be billed at the same discounted rate.

    5. General Terms

      • A minimum 3-month commitment is required to access discounted retainer rates.

      • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

      • Batch Services reserves the right to update, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.

      • By entering into a retainer agreement under this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    When you refer us to a new client, or even someone new within your own organisation and it leads to a live project, you’ll both score $500 worth of design credit.

    2. Eligibility

      • Open to existing Batch Services customers who refer a new client or contact within their organisation.

      • The referred party must not have previously engaged Batch Services and must proceed with a live, billable project.

    3. Offer Details

      • When a referral results in a live project:

        1. The referrer receives a $500 + GST credit toward future Batch Services design work.

        2. The referee (new client) also receives a $500 + GST credit toward their first Batch Services project.

      • Credits will be applied to the final invoice of each respective project.

    4. Credit use

      • Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

      • Each referral offer is valid for one use only per new client/project.

      • Credits must be used within 6 months of being issued.
