To support the NSW Government’s Gaming Reform initiative, Batch Services was engaged to design a 150-page roadmap document commissioned by the Independent Panel on Gaming Reform. The report, which outlines findings and recommendations from a state-wide cashless gaming trial, required a cohesive and accessible design to effectively communicate complex information to government stakeholders.

Working alongside our sister agency Focus Creative, who developed the visual identity and infographic concepts, we rolled out the full design, managed chapter-by-chapter feedback, and coordinated a streamlined production process across our design team. The final deliverables included a fully accessible tagged PDF for digital release and print-ready artwork for distribution.

This high-profile piece now serves as a key reference document informing future gaming reform policies in NSW.
